For offline (in-store) purchases, payments are made directly to the shopkeeper.
LOMASE is not responsible for disputes arising from offline transactions.
Online orders are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
Offline/in-store purchases are subject to the seller’s own policy.
LOMASE is a marketplace intermediary, not the owner of products or services.
Any issues related to product quality, warranty, pricing, or delivery are the responsibility of the seller.
LOMASE is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from offline purchases.
